Service with a Smile!

It’s a peaceful day at the supermarket, until someone asks for the manager. The peace has been broken. The old alliances crumble. You tell a customer to leave. The customer calls you an idiot and claims to be friends with the company’s CEO. All hell breaks loose.

A massive argument has broken out at the supermarket! 2-4 player’s take on the roles of either customers or employees at a retail establishment. There’s Karen (K), the stay-at-home-mom with a pixie cut, asking for the manager and demanding non-existent discounts. Next comes Chuck (C), the off-the-clock lawyer and devil’s advocate. Then there’s Jaremy (J), the part-time-teen who just wants to go home. And last but not least is Sandra (S), the manager, who’s having a hard time keeping her blood pressure low.
